Insurance Credentialing & What It Means for You
We’re actively becoming in‑network with major insurance companies — including Medicare & Medicaid — to make your care more accessible.
What is “credentialing”?
Credentialing is the review process insurance companies use to verify a clinician’s licenses, training, and practice details before approving them to join their network. Once approved, patients with that plan can use their in‑network benefits when receiving care.
How long does it take?
Typical processing times range from 60–120 days, depending on the insurer. Some plans complete faster; others can take a bit longer based on their review queues and paperwork steps. We’ll keep patients updated as each plan is finalized.

What this means for you
- While credentialing is in progress, you can continue care through our membership / cash‑pay plans.
- After we’re credentialed: if you’re on a membership plan, you may switch to using insurance without any penalty.
- Not sure if your plan will be included? Contact us — we’re happy to check or guide you.
- You may continue to use FSA/HSA funds for eligible services. We’ll provide proper documentation (e.g., itemized receipts/Superbills) on request.

Once approvals are finalized, we’ll send an email announcement to all patients letting you know which plans are active and how to use your benefits with us.
