We publish our fees and policies so you can plan with confidence. Our Founding Member pricing is a limited‑time offer, available to the first 20 patients, and is locked for 12 months. All standard visits are 45 minutes for comprehensive, unrushed care.
A Founding Member is one of the first 20 patients to enroll in our practice. As a thank‑you for supporting us early, Founding Members receive special discounted pricing (see the Founding Member column) and their rates are guaranteed for 12 months—even if standard pricing increases. Once all spots are filled, only Standard pricing applies for new patients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Pay‑Per‑Visit: Full refund if canceled ≥ 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hrs or no‑show = no refund.
- Membership Visits: Reschedule without penalty if canceled ≥ 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hrs or no‑show = visit forfeited. Rescheduled visits must occur within 30 days.
- Membership Commitment: Founding Member pricing guaranteed for 12 months. Early cancellation = 15% of remaining balance due (industry norm 25–50%).
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you in‑network with insurance?
We are currently completing insurance credentialing (estimated 3–6 months). Until then we operate as self‑pay. When credentialing is complete, you may switch to insurance; membership patients can cancel without penalty at that time.
Can I use my FSA/HSA?
Yes. You can usually pay with your FSA/HSA card like a credit card. We can also provide a superbill (with NPI, tax ID, date of service, CPT codes) for reimbursement. Final eligibility depends on your plan and medical necessity.
How long is each visit?
All standard visits are scheduled for 45 minutes. Complex needs may require a follow‑up appointment.
What counts as after‑hours?
Any visit requested after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or any time on weekends/federal holidays. An after‑hours surcharge applies in addition to the regular visit fee.
